We ship our products from multiple locations depending on the item you order. This allows us to provide faster delivery and more accurate shipping rates for customers around the world.
Orders may be fulfilled from one of the following locations:
Melbourne, Australia – selected products shipped directly from our Academy
International Print Facilities – print-on-demand products manufactured and shipped from the closest available facility
Lulu Global Print Network – books printed and shipped from an international print partner
If your order contains items from different fulfilment locations, they may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping From Australia
Products shipped from our Melbourne warehouse are sent using Australia Post with live shipping rates calculated at checkout.

US Import Duties & Customs Processing
Orders shipped from Australia to the United States include an Estimated US Import Duties & Customs Processing fee at checkout. This covers import tariffs and customs processing required for international shipments so that US customers will not receive additional duty or tariff bills after delivery.
Print-On-Demand Products
Our apparel and merchandise are produced using international print partners. These items are printed and shipped from the facility closest to your location.

Books
Some of our books are printed and shipped through Lulu’s global printing network.
Books are produced in the facility closest to the customer’s location whenever possible. Because of this:

Prices may vary slightly due to local printing and currency differences

Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains items from different fulfilment locations (for example, a book and an apparel item), they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
