Returns, Refunds and Delivery Policy

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage to the parcel

Each case will be assessed individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Cosmetic damage incurred during transit does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of shipping charges.


Lost Parcels

If a parcel appears to be delayed or missing, we will lodge an enquiry with the relevant postal service.

Parcels are not considered lost until confirmed as such by the postal carrier or after the carrier’s investigation process has been completed.

A lack of tracking updates does not, by itself, indicate that a parcel has been lost. Postal investigations must be completed before a parcel can be formally classified as lost.

Refunds or replacements for undelivered items will not be issued while an active postal investigation is underway.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the postal service, we will review the matter and may provide either:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or
  • A refund.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Domestic and international deliveries may be affected by customs processing, airline schedules, postal backlogs, industrial action, weather events, public holidays, security screening, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery delays alone do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or replacement while the parcel remains in transit within the postal network.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We do not provide prepaid return labels and do not reimburse return postage costs.

Any item approved for return must be securely packaged and sent using a trackable postal service.


Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally apply to the purchase price of the item only.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, as the shipping service has been provided and the parcel has been dispatched.

Exceptions may apply where required by law or where the postal carrier confirms that a parcel has been lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional postage costs, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
