We offer group, private and introductory classes in Wing Chun Kung Fu. As Wing Chun was developed by a woman (a Buddhist nun in China almost 300 years ago), practitioners do not need to be big and strong to use it effectively. Wing Chun does not rely on brute force, but rather, teaches how to use an opponent’s force against him. It is suitable for men, women and children of all ages, beginners to advanced.
Our classes run 6 days a week and include:
- Wing Chun Kung Fu (Adult, Youth and Children’s classes)
- Fitness Classes
- Self Defence
